A class for ladies only. This class builds confidence, upper body strength and is a lot of fun. It involves dancing with specially made poles. You will learn a combination of Pole moves, transition moves, floor work, we use many steps from other dance styles such as Jazz, Modern, Hip hop. It’s great to attend with a group of friends, you can laugh at yourself, at each other and watch out for those bruises!


BELLY DANCE CLASSES
Belly dancing focuses upon isolating different parts of the body, moving them independently in sensuous patterns, weaving together the entire feminine form. Rediscover your creativity and ambition with Belly Dancing which is one of the oldest dance style in the history. You will feel your self powerful as physical & as mental and at the same time you will discover your body beauty by getting elasticity. JAZZ CLASSES

This is a form of dance that allows dancers of all levels to enjoy a great workout! 
It begins with a high energy warm up, flowing into a technical section to improve ones technique, intense stretching, ab workout, isolations, corner work consisting of co-ordination exercises and technical jumps followed by a dance routine that could be any of the styles mentioned earlier or a combination of all of them. 


STRET DANCE - HIP HOP DANCE Classes for Adults 17+

Our classes offer a mix of levels, for beginner hip hop dancers to advanced students. Everyone is here to learn new hip hop moves, regardless of dance ability. There's NO ATTITUDE in these lessons, and mistakes are welcome. No need to be shy. We're all about dance & family! Friday at 4.00pm
