JUNIOR BALLET CLASSES
Dancing is great fun for the children and it helps also coordination, fitness, sense of rhythm, musicality, self-expression and promotes self-discipline and confidence.
The junior ballet classes at Cello Music & Ballet Centre are for children from 2.5 to 19 years learning ballet through after-school classes, held on weekday afternoons and Saturdays.
The School follows the RAD syllabus. Our classes give children a route to creative learning and expression, which in turn help to boost confidence and self-esteem.
Junior dancers take their classes alongside Senior School students, so they get both an inspiring atmosphere and a natural progression. Some children follow the route to more vocational training through our Pre-Senior and Senior School programmes.
In dance, children learn the cooperative teamwork necessary to produce a high quality work of art. They develop creative thinking skills and the ability to push themselves to higher achievements. They learn an immense amount about music and rhythm, and are introduced to the French language.
